Dining Services Aide

Noel Manor is a modern Retirement Living Community in Verona that offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Respite Care services. A few of the amenities that we offer to our residents include:

• New Resident Parties
• Monthly Birthday Parties

We have amazing residents and team members and are adding new team members that want to grow with us. The primary responsibilities of our Dining Service Aide include:

• Taking resident meal orders
• Assisting with food preparation
• Serving food and drinks in our Dining Room
• Setting and clearing tables
• Washing dishes with our dishwashing machine
• Cleaning dining room after meals
• Cleaning kitchen floor as needed

We have ongoing Bonus Programs including Pay for Performance for all of our team members.

We also offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D Insurance, Medical Concierge Service, Voluntary Ancillary Benefits (STD, LTD, Accident, Critical Illness & Cancer) and a 401K.

• 6:00am - 2:30pm

Resident Associate - Caregiver

• Caring for our residents
• Performing wellness checks
• Assisting residents with daily personal cares and medication administration
• Providing care consistent with our residents’ plans of care as needed
• Documenting care provided
• Coordinating with team members to ensure quality care is being provided to our residents
• Serving meals as needed
• Facilitating activities
• Accompanying residents both inside and outside the Community as requested

• 2:00pm - 10:30pm (this shift is ideal for people that enjoy a medium-paced environment and interaction with team members and patients)
• 10:00pm - 6:30am (this shift is ideal for people that are task-driven, independent and there is less patient interaction required.)
